Our Core Belief: A Lead Is a Person
Behind every lead in the LeadCraft marketplace is a real person with a real problem. A homeowner worried about their aging roof. A family considering solar to reduce their energy bills. A patient in pain who needs a dental implant. An injury victim who needs legal help. Our job — and yours — is to serve these people excellently.
This belief drives everything about how we verify, qualify, and deliver leads.
The LeadCraft Verification Process
Before any lead enters our marketplace, it passes through a multi-step verification process:
Step 1: Contact Verification
Every lead is verified for a working phone number (live dial check) and, where applicable, a valid email address. We do not sell leads with disconnected numbers or invalid contact information.
Step 2: Identity Confirmation
We confirm that the contact is a real person — not a bot, competitor, or spam submission. This includes IP verification, form behavior analysis, and where possible, a live qualification call.
Step 3: Intent Qualification
We confirm that the lead has genuine interest in the service category. This means they have expressed a specific need, not just clicked an ad out of curiosity.
Step 4: Timeline and Budget Screening
Where our qualification process includes a call, we screen for realistic timeline (actively looking, not "maybe someday") and budget alignment with the service category.
What We Don't Promise — And Why
We do not promise that every lead will close. Lead generation is not lead closing — that's your job. What we promise is that every lead represents a real person who has expressed genuine interest and has been verified as contactable. The outcome is determined by how quickly you respond and how well you serve them.
Our Refund Policy
If a lead has an invalid contact number, is a clear duplicate, or has already purchased the service before your first contact, we will replace or refund it. We stand behind our verification process.
Our Commitment to Your Success
LeadCraft is only successful if you are successful. We don't make money selling bad leads — we make money building long-term relationships with service businesses that grow because of the customers we help them acquire. That alignment of incentives is the foundation of everything we do.
